• The standard fees listed above are applicable within the Appraiser Service Area. This is a typical guideline but please call for a quote on price and turnaround. See attached document for Normal Service Area coverage by zip code.
• The fee for an assignment outside of the Appraiser Service Area will typically be increased $25-$50 and will be quoted at time of order.
• There will be an additional charge of $15 for 442 and FHA Compliance Inspections outside the Appraiser Service Area. An additional $25 will be charged if the assignment is on Galveston Island.
• The above fees are for full appraisals satisfactory for lending purposes. However, the fee may vary from the above amounts in cases where the appraisal is being obtained for other than lending purposes. Appraiser is also available for consulting assignments which result in a value conclusion.

Appraiser Service Area

In order to be more specialized and provide better service I have generally limited my practice to the area East of Hwy.288 & Hwy. 59 North, south to Galveston Island, Galveston Bay to the east & the Lake Houston area to the north.
