Qualifications of Ronald M. Fielder
(281)-487-5520

While engaged in the appraisal of real estate since 1986, I have completed appraisal assignments on various types of real property.  These assignments were performed for companies such as credit unions, mortgage companies, banks, relocation companies, various government agencies and individuals.  For the past 18 years I have been mostly self-employed as a fee appraiser contracting to various companies; however, I was a staff appraiser at North American Mortgage Co. from 1992 to 1993 and Countrywide Home Loans from 1993 to 1994.

Biographical Data

I was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to an Air Force family, and had the opportunity to travel throughout the United States and Europe. I began school in Illinois; later we were transferred to Universal City, Texas, near San Antonio.  Following my graduation from Schertz-Cibolo High School in Schertz, Tx., I earned my B.B.A. at Southwest Texas State University and an M.B.A. at the University of Texas at Austin.  I then pursued a career in business management, including operation of my own business.  In 1985, I began a career in the field of mortgage related activities and I entered the real estate appraisal profession in 1986.
